What they needed our help with
Kingdom Services Group employs over 10,000 people across its various UK businesses. They approached Hyperext for help solving a unique integration challenge. They had invested in the Engage softwre platform to improve their employee communications and dry engagement with collegues spread out geographically across many locations. They idea they had to encourage users to regularly login to the Engage mobile app, was to integrate Sage 50 Payroll with Engage so each employee could access theur wage slips through the Engage App.
How we helped
Hyperext used our experience of integrating 2rd Party software using our Sage 50 Payroll API to develop a bespoke middleware solution that securely extracts the sensitive payroll data for each employye and delivers the correct data into each employee user account in the Engage App.
The results we achieved
Kingdom are now able to seamlessly update thousands of employees with their payslips in the palm of their hands, providing a quicker notification of pay whilst saving on admin costs and printing costs for payroll services across multiple companies
This integrated payroll solution was a massive success resulting in a 3 month ROI.
